General Info
By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending the Lovers Rock Festival (“the Event”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional instructions given by the organisers, security personnel and venue management on the day.
1. General Event Rules
- No coolers allowed (full or empty).
- No campchairs allowed.
- No external blankets allowed.
- No external food.
- No external drinks.
- No external umbrellas (lots of shade will be provided).
- No external gazebos.
- No weapons or dangerous items.
- No illegal substances.
- No professional cameras or video equipment.
- No drones.
- No large bags – only small bags or clear festival-approved bags allowed.
- No unauthorized vending or promotional materials.
2. Parking & Transport
- Parking will be available at or near the venue. Parking is at your own risk.
- Ride-sharing services (e.g. Uber/Bolt) are strongly recommended.
3. Entry, ID & Security
- ID is required for entry. You may be asked to produce a valid form of identification at the gate.
- No re-entry / no pass-outs. Once you leave the venue, your ticket will not permit re-entry.
- Right of Admission Reserved (ROAR). The organisers and venue reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to:
- Refuse entry to any person, and/or
- Remove any person from the venue for non-compliance with these rules, suspected illegal activity, disorderly behaviour, or any conduct deemed unsafe or disruptive.
- All attendees and their belongings may be subject to security checks, including bag searches and metal detection.
- Any prohibited items may be confiscated and will not be returned.
4. Weather & Environmental Rules
- The Event will take place rain or shine, unless otherwise communicated by the organisers.
- Weather conditions do not constitute grounds for a refund unless the Event is officially cancelled in full.
- Respect the environment:
- Use bins and recycling points provided.
- Do not litter or damage plants, structures or property.
- Follow all instructions relating to fire safety and environmental protection.
5. Refund Policy
All refund requests must be made in writing to the official Event contact or ticketing platform used for purchase. Refunds (where approved) are subject to the cancellation/refund fee structure below. All refund fees are calculated on the total ticket price and will be deducted from the refund amount due to you.
5.1 Refunds Before the Event

More than 30 days prior to the Event:
25% refund fee (you will be refunded 75% of the ticket price). -
Between 7–30 days prior to the Event:
50% refund fee (you will be refunded 50% of the ticket price). -
Less than 7 days prior to the Event:
75% refund fee (you will be refunded 25% of the ticket price).
5.2 Special Circumstances
In cases of serious unforeseen circumstances that genuinely prevent attendance (for example, serious illness, emergency or similar), refund requests will be considered at the organisers’ sole discretion. Supporting documentation may be required. Approval is not guaranteed.
5.3 After the Event
Once the Event has taken place, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including non-attendance, partial attendance, dissatisfaction with performances, weather conditions, or any other reason, unless required by applicable law.
6. Changes, Postponement & Cancellation
- The organisers reserve the right to change the Event programme, artists, schedule, venue layout and facilities at any time without notice.
- If the Event is postponed, your ticket will generally be valid for the rescheduled date. Specific details will be communicated.
- In the event of full cancellation (i.e. the Event does not take place at all and is not rescheduled), the organisers will communicate the applicable refund or credit process, subject to any reasonable administrative fees and applicable law.
7. Safety, Liability & Personal Property
- You attend the Event at your own risk. By entering the venue, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with large events and outdoor festivals.
- The organisers, venue, sponsors and partners will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death, howsoever caused, unless required by law.
- Keep your personal belongings with you at all times. The organisers and venue are not responsible for theft, loss or damage to personal property.
8. Media, Photography & Recordings
- No professional cameras, video equipment or drones are allowed inside the venue.
- The Event may be photographed, filmed or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness and voice in any live or recorded media, without compensation, for promotional, marketing or other lawful purposes related to the Event.
9. Conduct & Respect
- Treat all attendees, staff, artists, and vendors with respect.
- Harassment, discrimination, violence, or any form of abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without refund.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, entering the venue or attending the Lovers Rock Festival, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions. The organisers reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, and the latest version published on the official Event channels will apply.
